Prepayment
Before booking a time, you prepay 100% of the service price. You can pay by bank link or card through Montonio.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- At least 48 hours before the agreed time: free cancellation or rescheduling. The prepayment is refunded in full within 14 days.
- Less than 48 hours before or in case of a no-show: the prepayment is not refunded, because the time has been reserved for you.

Let us know within 7 days. We'll clean again once for free or agree on another solution. See the terms of sale for details.
Consumer right of withdrawal
By law, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. More information and the withdrawal form are in the terms of sale.
