Cleaning of office chairs, soft chairs in meeting rooms and waiting-area sofas can be combined into one request. Add the number of chairs, photos and, if possible, the fabric care information. Office chair cleaning starts from €15, armchair from €35 and sofa from €65; the minimum order for upholstered furniture is €65.
Hotels and accommodation providers
Describe which rooms or common areas need cleaning and when they are free. For a mattress, bed frame and headboard, send separate photos and the mattress dimensions. Upholstered furniture usually dries in 8–12 hours, so leave enough time between the cleaning and putting the room back into use. Restaurants and cafes
For upholstered dining chairs, bar stools and seating areas, describe the quantity as well as any grease or drink stains and earlier treatment. Dining chair cleaning starts from €20 and bar stool cleaning from €10. We confirm the fixed price per upholstered seat based on photos and the scope of work. Wall-to-wall carpets and larger areas
Office wall-to-wall carpet cleaning costs €1.50/m², with a minimum order of €100. Send the area, photos and information about the furniture layout. The furniture must be removed from the area to be cleaned before the work; agree on how to arrange this with us. A large area may take a whole day or several days, and you should allow 12–24 hours for drying. For a loose rug, choose on-site rug cleaning, from €65.
Regular maintenance and scheduling
If you want recurring cleaning, describe the visitor load, the condition of the surfaces and the maintenance interval you want. We prepare a quote based on the scope of work and agree on the times. We work every day 9–21; the exact time depends on what we agree. We choose the cleaning frequency based on use and material, not on one mandatory schedule.
What should you send to request a quote?
- Company name, registration code, contact person and invoice email address.
- The work address, preferred time and access conditions.
- Photos of the furniture, the number of items and the mattress dimensions.
- The wall-to-wall carpet area in square meters and how the furniture will be moved.
- A description of the stains, odors and any products used earlier.
Invoice and order confirmation
The order is confirmed by a 100% prepayment by bank link or card (Montonio), and we send the invoice by email. No VAT is added. See the price list for all services and the cancellation terms.
Material assessment and limits of the result
We choose the treatment after assessing the material and the care instructions. Very old stains, stains previously treated with household products and permanent damage may not come out. Cleaning does not restore worn fabric; we cannot guarantee the result from a photo alone.
