Can you get rid of pet hair?
Yes, we have a separate special tool for removing hair, which lets us clear all the hair from the sofa. An ordinary vacuum cleaner usually can't remove pet hair, because it gets caught between the fabric fibers.
Can you also get rid of dog or cat odor?
Yes, we neutralize the odor instead of masking it with perfume. Cats generally shed more than dogs, but that isn't a problem for us when cleaning.
What happens if the hair or odor doesn't disappear completely the first time?
If we know about the problem before the order, we offer a free redo if the result isn't successful the first time. Let us know in your inquiry if the sofa has pet hair or odor.
Can I remove the hair myself in the meantime?
An ordinary vacuum cleaner can pick up some of the hair, but without a special tool it usually can't get all of it. If you plan to order cleaning, you don't need to do anything beforehand.
How do you remove hair and odor?
First we remove all loose dirt and hair from the sofa with a special tool, then we clean with hot-water extraction using an upholstery extractor and neutralize the odor. You can find the full process on the sofa cleaning page.
How much does pet hair and odor removal cost?
